a Richmond native, received his undergraduate degree with Phi Beta Kappa honors from the University of Richmond in 1985. He received his medical education and surgical training at the Medical College of Virginia, where he also completed a Vascular Surgery Fellowship and was the recipient of the David M. Hume Memorial Award.
Dr. Brown is board certified in vascular and general surgery.
He devotes his practice to a wide range of vascular,and endovascular procedures. Dr. Brown has a special interest in endovascular surgical techniques, including stent grafts (endografts) for abdominal aortic aneurysms, diagnostic arteriography and balloon angioplasty. He has extensive experience with vascular and dialysis access procedures.
Dr. Brown is married and spends his leisure time with his wife and their four children.
